Kitchens & Bathrooms, Done Properly.
Interior renovations are complicated — multiple trades, tight sequencing, and decisions that affect the finished result. We coordinate the full scope so you're not managing the job yourself.
Kitchen Renovations
Full kitchen rebuilds — cabinetry, countertops, plumbing rough-in coordination, tile work, flooring, fixtures, and finish carpentry. We manage the full scope so you have one point of contact from demo to completion, not six trades running independently.
- Demolition and disposal
- Custom and semi-custom cabinetry supply and installation
- Countertop supply and installation
- Plumbing rough-in coordination
- Electrical rough-in coordination
- Tile backsplash and kitchen flooring
- Fixture installation — faucets, sinks, range hoods
- Finish carpentry and trim
Bathroom Renovations
Walk-in showers, freestanding tubs, tiled wet areas, vanity installations, heated floors, and full gut renovations. Bathrooms require correct waterproofing, proper sequencing, and clean finish work — done wrong, they fail quietly and expensively.
- Full gut and rebuild
- Walk-in shower construction and waterproofing
- Freestanding tub installation
- Tile — floors, walls, and wet areas
- Vanity, fixture, and hardware installation
- Heated floor installation
- Plumbing rough-in coordination
- Ventilation and exhaust work
Why One Team Matters
Managing multiple independent trades is a project in itself. We handle the coordination so you don't have to.
One Point of Contact
You deal with one person, not six. Scope questions, scheduling changes, and site issues all come through the same contact from day one.
Correct Sequencing
Interior renovations fail when trades are out of order. We coordinate demo, rough-in, waterproofing, and finish in the right sequence, every time.
Written Scope
No guesswork on pricing or scope. You receive a clear written estimate before work begins, with hidden-condition terms spelled out.

A detailed written estimate covers materials, labour, trade coordination, and timeline — before anything is agreed to.

Renovations FAQ
Do you manage the plumbing and electrical trades?
We coordinate rough-in trades as part of the renovation scope. The coordination and sequencing are managed by us — you're not left tracking down separate contractors.
How long does a kitchen renovation take?
Scope varies. A full kitchen gut-and-rebuild typically runs 4–8 weeks depending on cabinetry lead times, trade availability, and site conditions. We provide a project timeline with the estimate.
What if hidden conditions are found during demolition?
Hidden conditions — rot, moisture damage, outdated wiring or plumbing — are not included in a standard renovation price. If we find them during demo, we document, communicate, and provide a separate written scope before proceeding. No surprise charges.
Do you add a ferry surcharge for island projects?
No. Salt Spring Island and the Southern Gulf Islands are our primary operating area. Ferry travel is factored into our logistics — it is not added to your invoice.
