Products We Specify.
Materials That Last.
Not every product holds up in the Pacific Northwest — coastal salt air, freeze-thaw cycles, and moisture variability are hard on building materials. We specify materials we’ve vetted for BC climate conditions, longevity, and long-term homeowner value. Enviroshake, EDCO, and AL13 are three product lines we install with confidence and recommend to clients who want performance over the long term.

- Zero maintenance — no painting, caulking, or treatment
- American-made, lifetime warranty
- Coordinates with EDCO roofing and trim systems

- Combines with Panel System for mixed-profile facades
- Same mechanical fastening — no caulk, no adhesive
- Appropriate for both residential and light commercial projects
Why We Specify These Products
Three reasons Enviroshake, EDCO, and AL13 are on our specification list and not just on a product sheet.
BC Climate Tested
Both product lines are rated for the conditions our properties see — moisture, freeze-thaw cycles, UV exposure, and coastal salt air. We don’t specify products we haven’t vetted for local conditions.
Long-Term Value
These are products designed to last decades, not replacement cycles. Lower long-term maintenance cost is the main reason clients choose them — not just the premium performance.
Correct Installation
A premium product installed incorrectly still fails. We’re an approved EDCO contractor, a preferred Enviroshake installer, and we install AL13 systems per manufacturer specification. The warranty follows correct installation — and we do the installation correctly.
