Can you do just countertops and backsplash?

Yes. Countertop replacement with backsplash tile is a common smaller scope we take on — typically 1–2 weeks on-site. We handle countertop templating coordination, fabrication, and installation with the backsplash tiled after the counter is set.

What if the renovation reveals wiring that doesn't meet code?

We document it, stop, and provide a written scope for the additional work before proceeding. Electrical discoveries are common in island homes from the 1970s and 80s — we treat them as separate documented scopes, not absorbed costs.

Do you handle appliance installation?

Sink and faucet installation, dishwasher rough-in, appliance placement coordination. Licensed plumber engaged for all supply and drain work.

Lighting & Electrical

Under-cabinet lighting, pot light layout, and panel coordination — electrical work is coordinated with a licensed electrician and scoped before walls are closed.

Finish & Trim
