B-Gan's Basement Suite

B-Gan's Basement Suite was a project that our founder was subcontracted on that showcases the transformation of a 1980's style basement into a modern, soundproofed and separated living space. The project includes the installation of Rockwool, resonance bar, and acoustical tile for the ceiling, as well as new AC3 vinyl flooring and updated cabinetry. Additionally, a firewall and soundproofing were added between the basement office and the suite to ensure the suite was up to BC Building Code, as well as adding further privacy and comfort for future tenants.
