Introducing the Isabella Pt. Laundry Room Reno, a recent project accomplished by Great Raven during the winter of 2022/23. This project included framing the exposed concrete walls in the laundry room, running new plumbing for the washer and the relocation of the laundry basin. The mechanical room got framed in while the low hanging plumbing got closed in the ceiling. The walls were covered in fir ship-lap while the ceiling was finished with cedar tongue and groove in both the basement entry way and the laundry room. Great Raven also built an 8 ft high privacy fence for the client.
