Great Raven recently began a project that started as a moss removal that revealed significant failures in the roof due to poor installation by the previous roofers (intsalled in 2016). These failures, such as the zinc strip being nailed below the shingle line, caused various leaks and damage to the roof deck and other structures. Although the project is ongoing with additional leak potentials being discovered and addressed, we've completed both carports, which turned out beautifully.
